The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership team, serving as a strategic leader of financial planning, evaluation, and implementation that ensures seamless financial operations and sustainability for the organization. A key partner to the CEO, the CFO must bring strong strategic, operations, and data analysis skills to the team in a lead capacity. An ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative manner is a key attribute needed in the CFO. Acting as a self-starter and willing and able to take an innovative approach to the work are required for this role. The CFO has overall responsibility for overseeing all financial operations of the organization while ensuring the organization’s financial health and sustainability.
