Erik is a seasoned banking professional with over 10 years of experience in finance and banking. As a passionate advocate for childhood development, Erik brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to Helping People Succeed.

With a background in Banking/Finance, Erik has held leadership roles at his current bank Cypress Bank & Trust along with his previous institution, PNC Bank, where he led a team of Commercial Bankers in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. He has spent many volunteer hours with organizations backing early childhood development.

 Erik joined Helping People Succeed’s Committee because he believes that the organization does incredible work for many different groups of local residents. His son has been able to benefit from some of the services HPS offers and Erik immediately knew he wanted to give of his time to assist the overall mission of Helping People Succeed.

Outside of the boardroom, Erik enjoys pool time with his family and watching the Philadelphia Eagles with his 4 year old son, Jack. He often gives into his 2 year old daughter, Claire, and would give into his wife’s desires for a 3^rd child if he could guarantee a clone of Claire as she is the sweetest thing he’s ever come across.
