Psychiatric Services
We offer comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, medication management, and a collaborative care approach with therapists and case managers, ensuring holistic, compassionate support for individuals starting at age 6.
Targeted Case Management & Wraparound Services
Targeted Case Management provides coordinated support for individuals and families facing mental health challenges. Wraparound services create individualized care plans, promoting strength and reducing risk through a team-based, collaborative approach.
After School and Summer Programs
Helping Kids Succeed Afterschool and Summer Camp
Our program is hosted at Westside Academy, in Fort Pierce. Designed for children ages 5-14 with a mental health diagnosis, it offers families temporary relief while providing structured skill-building, homework assistance, social skills training, and academic tutoring.
Participation is primarily available to students residing within the St. Lucie County Transportation green zone, which includes the following schools: CA Moore, Dale Cassens, Dan McCarty, Fairlawn Elementary, FW Sweet Elementary, Samuel Gaines Academy, St. Lucie Elementary, Weatherbee Elementary, and White City Elementary.
Helping Youth Succeed
This program supports middle and high school students at Dale Cassens Education Complex by offering credit retrieval, tutoring, and assistance with assignments and exams to promote positive school and life outcomes.
Camp Success
An 8-week summer camp designed for children with behavioral/emotional challenges (ages 6-12), offering therapeutic activities to help prevent academic regression and provide a safe, enriching summer experience.
Steps to Success
Our 12-week social enrichment program is designed to help individuals ages 16 to 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorders build independent living and pre-employment skills. Through a creative and supportive environment, participants gain the tools they need for success.
Youth Employment Services (YES)
The Youth Employment Services (YES) Program helps prepare students with disabilities (aged 14-21) to transition to adulthood by providing opportunities for participation in job exploration counseling, postsecondary educational counseling, self-advocacy training, work readiness training and work-based learning experiences. This is done through 1:1 and group trainings, vocational career camps and community-based work experiences which provide training in a variety of career fields.
Family Navigator:
Children up to 10 years (St. Lucie County & Martin County)
A specialized program designed to assists families as they navigate the complex systems of care and services available to families of children with Autism and related disabilities. Services include connecting families with providers, providing families with support and guidance, helping families access needed resources, and advocating for the unique needs of children and their families.
