Charitable Gifts
We offer many options for charitable giving. All contributions are tax deductible and many offer considerable tax savings.
Cash Gifts
The most popular choice and simplest way to give. Your cash gifts are deductible up to 50% of your adjusted gross income for the taxable year; any excess is deductible over the next five years.
We have also provided an easy way to donate online which is simple, safe, and secure!
Gifts of Securities
The best stocks to donate are those that have increased greatly in value, particularly those producing a low yield. Even if it is stock you wish to keep in your portfolio, by giving Helping People Succeed the stock and using cash to buy the same stock through your stock broker, you will have received the same tax deduction and will have a new, higher cost basis in the stock.
Your contribution may also be in honor of a loved one, to celebrate a special occasion or in memory of a family member or friend.
