How Employment Options Benefits Businesses
Screened Applicants: All applicants’ abilities and qualifications are assessed and matched to the needs of the employer. Once a job match is determined, an interview with the employer is arranged.
Training: On-the-job training is provided to the employee by Employment Options staff. Once training is complete, Employment Options staff will work with the employer to ensure satisfaction with job performance. This on-the-job training is provided at NO COST to the employer.
Support Services: Employment Options provides on-going customer service with the employer and the employee to address concerns and ensure that performance and quality standards are being maintained.
Consulting: Consulting services are available to employers who would like assistance with the new employee's orientation, problem-solving, job modifications and any other concerns related to the employment of individuals with disabilities.
