Employment Options

Making Employment Work for the Business Community

Melissa, from Publix in Hobe Sound, states that Helping People Succeed's Employment Consultant keeps Michael on task during his shift. Without Helping People Succeed’s involvement, Michael would require constant attention from his work supervisor and would not be able to maintain his employment at Publix.

Finding and managing a qualified workforce are increasingly important factors facing businesses today. Attracting applicants with desired skills, training, motivation and a positive work ethic can be challenging.

Employment Options can help local businesses meet this challenge. We build partnerships that serve the employment needs of both people with disabilities and employers.

Employment Options provides these services to employers:

  • Matches your needs with the abilities and skills of applicants
  • Provides on-site training for the new employee
  • Provides follow-up and on-going support services both to the newly hired employee and the employer to ensure job placement satisfaction

The diverse workforce Employment Options offers is motivated and ready to go to work for you!

How Employment Options Benefits Businesses

Screened Applicants: All applicants’ abilities and qualifications are assessed and matched to the needs of the employer. Once a job match is determined, an interview with the employer is arranged

Training: On-the-job training is provided to the employee by Employment Options staff. Once training is complete, Employment Options staff will work with the employer to ensure satisfaction with job performance. This on-the-job training is provided at NO COST to the employer.

Support Services: Employment Options provides on-going customer service with the employer and the employee to address concerns and ensure that performance and quality standards are being maintained.

Consulting: Consulting services are available to employers who would like assistance with the new employee's orientation, problem-solving, job modifications and any other concerns related to the employment of individuals with disabilities.
